For years, many of you knew me through My Popelini.
What started as a love for craquelin choux slowly turned into an obsession with creating something new.
Over the past few months, I’ve been quietly experimenting with an idea I couldn’t stop thinking about.
A warm cookie.
A craquelin choux.
One bite.
Today, I’m finally ready to share the beginning of that journey.
Meet CHEW.
And meet the Chouxkie.
We’re not taking orders.
We’re not launching yet.
