Have you ever considered turning those racks into a show-stopping crown of lamb? Itโ€™s called a โ€œcrownโ€ for the circular shape it takes once assembled. Crown Roast of Lamb is beautiful, warmly-flavored and an impressive holiday centerpiece.

An impressive crown roast of tender lamb marinated in garlic and herbs. The crown rib roast is one of the most festive and serviceable cuts of meat, beautifully proportioned and wieldy, with luscious, lean red meat at the chop end tapering off into rustic, fatty and crispy rib bits at the bone end, with a built-in handle to facilitate gnawing.

Roasted Whole Turkey with Traditional Stuffing & Sides

What is a Christmas gathering of family and friends without a whole roasted turkey? Let this celebration be elevated to the next level with a showstopper. Our crispy skin, tender meat and a plethora of sides will definitely make the family is going for second servings!

We have perfected this classic holiday dish by traditionally brining the bird for 2 days & cooking with low temperature sous-vide method for 12-hours before high heat roasting to give the skin a golden hue and crispy texture. The roasted turkey will reach its ideal doneness, bursting with flavours.
