Day 1 at the market ✨ what a day 🌲

Thank you to everyone who dropped by today. We truly didn’t expect such an overwhelming amount of love and support. Some of you travelled from nearby, some drove from far, and some even came all the way from other states just to visit us , we honestly feel so touched.

Seeing familiar faces, meeting new ones, sharing food and conversations in the middle of the forest, today felt really special.

Thank you for spending your weekend with us, for waiting, for supporting, and for making our first day at 森森森林季 such a meaningful one.

Tomorrow is the last day , if you haven’t visited yet, come find us. We’ll be here with our special market menu, fresh bakes, warm plates, and a little corner to slow down.

A little escape to the forest this weekend 🌿

We’ve specially prepared a market-only menu for 森森森林季 — 野火蔓延时, bringing along comforting plates made to slow you down, breathe a little deeper, and enjoy a softer moment in nature.

Good food, fresh air, trees around, and a slower pace — perhaps this is the little pause we all need.

The Baking “Trip” — Tokyo, Japan, 2026 🇯🇵
At the start of the year, we went on our annual inspirational trip. This year felt a little extra special. Not only did Neo and Gillian travel, but we had two more buddies joining us. It’s a small milestone for the brand, and a step closer to the vision we’ve always hoped for — bringing our team together.

During the trip, we visited several bakeries that have been on our pocket list for quite some time. We were truly impressed by the Japanese sense of discipline and quality control. Watching how teams operate a bakery together, how the quality of ingredients impacts the final bread, and how creative ideas elevate a brand’s image was incredibly inspiring.

While we were busy learning and observing, we also made time to wander through the streets, exploring places beyond bakeries. Inspiration doesn’t only come from work — it often appears through what we see, feel, and experience along the way.

We’ve shared some of our favourite bakeries and shops we visited, so you can save this post for your next trip too.

We’d also like to take this opportunity to give a little shout-out to the best travel companions this time.

Hi lovely customers, we are taking a short break for this Lunar New Year to celebrate with our family and loved ones.

We will be back on 21 - 22 Feb, 8:30am - 6pm, special close 23 - 24Feb. Will come back as normal operation hour starting 25 Feb.
