Luxury “MEE SUA”

Mee Sua is a delicate wheat noodle often tied to comfort, tradition, and longevity. A dish remembered for its soft strands, quiet warmth, and familiar sense of occasion.

At BarKar, that memory is reimagined with a sharper, more luxurious hand. Lotus root takes the form of “mee sua”, layered with oyster, Baerii caviar, uni, and the depth of fresh season truffle. A dish built on texture, salinity, earth, and elegance.
