Winter Solstice Festival is upon us. “Normally, my family would all make tangyuan together and share it with our neighbours,” says our Dim Sum Chef Dino Lee when recently interviewed by for their story on the tradition of tangyuan.

Chef Dino elevates this meaningful dessert by marbling the glutinous rice dough with beetroot and charcoal powder, filling with peanut butter & white chocolate and dark chocolate & sesame, and served in an aromatic pandan and ginger broth.

Wishing you and your loved ones a blessed Winter Solstice. (We remain open as usual for lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.)
