This August, we’re celebrating Merdeka the way we know best which is through food 🇲🇾

From the nostalgia of pisang goreng and cendol to the craving that is ayam gepuk, our Merdeka special menu brings together the flavours that make Malaysia, Malaysia.

We took everything you love about cendol and reimagined it as a maritozzo — that soft, pillowy brioche bun, split and generously filled with pandan pastry cream and a scoop of coconut gelato 🥥

Then we folded in the cendol itself, a scatter of red beans, a dusting of coconut, and finished it all with a drizzle of gula melaka for that unmistakable caramel sweetness.

Our Mont Blanc reimagines the classic crispy banana fritters, Rwanda cold brew, pineapple and lemon, finished with airy banana foam and crunchy fried crumbs.
