It has been brought to our attention that the eggs we sent out in the past two week were not perfect (that’s the benchmark!). We’re taking a short break to investigate the matter. We’re in constant communication with our suppliers to figure out the root cause. We highly suspect that the chickens are a little unhappy lately, perhaps due to the scorching Malaysian weather!

Our customers are important to us and deserve only the best onsen eggs!
Hence, we’re temporarily not taking any orders until we are able to deliver what we promise.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding and continuous support. We look forward to resume deliveries as soon as possible.

Centuries ago, holidaymakers to the hot springs realised that if they sneaked a couple of eggs into their onsen soaks, it would result in eggs that are silky smooth all the way through!
