This got us thinking: it’s due time we shared our delights with the world through Tien, without pork. As it’s customary for Putian people to serve their guests the very best, every creation at Tien is quintessentially unpretentious, pure, and simple. The seafood tastes just as delicious as the sea intended. Our seaweed is prized and yields from the first harvest. We bring you the world’s best Mee Sua, lovingly kneaded and hand-pulled in our coastal city. And our Heng Hwa Bee Hoon—thin as a thread, tough yet springy—are intricately created from the purest rice.
