Eat and Cook We presents creative cuisine but served in OMAKASE way by using fresh ingredient from our homeland The name of our restaurant sums up what we’re about.

We’re a team of adventurous eaters & cooks constantly seeking flavorful new frontiers. We believe that food is a window to cultural diversity, and Malaysia is the best example of that. From all our accumulated time spent abroad embracing the unknown and experimenting with ingredients from our backyard, we want to bring it all on the table for you to experience through our mouthwatering menu. Life’s too short to be making predictable decisions – especially when it comes to food. You enter with an appetite to eat and our chefs will decide what to cook for you – right in front of you. We believe food presents us with a special opportunity to bond, interact and create memories in a significant way. We want to take you on a deliciously enjoyable journey to places you haven’t been, creating a shared experience with a loved one or loved ones. We invite you to leave your expectations at the door and let yourself be surprised, whether you’re a true foodie, a food critic, or just someone looking to have some fun with friends and family. Our philosophy stems from the Omakase tradition of giving the chef creative freedom on deciding your courses for you. Month by month, Eat and Cook Villa has slowly taken shape.

Behind every wall, detail and decision are countless site visits, conversations, revisions and hands working together to bring our vision to life.

We have been present through every stage, making sure the work moves forward with care and that each space becomes what we imagined.

There is still more to come, but we are getting closer.

We cannot wait to share more of these moments with you; and soon, welcome you through our doors and gather around the table once again.

Every house carries memories of those who once called it home.

When one family moved on to begin a new chapter elsewhere, this old bungalow was left quiet. Its rooms empty, its garden slowly reclaimed by time.

Eat and Cook will bring warmth back into these walls, gather people around the table once more, and fill the house with food, conversation and new memories.

SEA
Drawn from Malaysia’s coastlines and surrounding
waters, the sea brings movement, salinity and
freshness to our kitchen. Through coastal harvests and
time-honoured preservation, we explore its delicate
flavours while respecting the natural rhythms of tide
and season.

LAND
The land is a source of nourishment, shaped by soil,
cultivation and harvest. From grains and roots to
carefully grown produce, each ingredient carries the
character of its origin and the knowledge of those who
nurture it.

FOREST
Malaysia’s forests hold a world of wild botanicals,
mushrooms and native ingredients waiting to be
discovered. Guided by biodiversity and rainforest
terroir, we uncover flavours that speak of place,
season and the richness of the natural world.

FERMENT
Fermentation brings together time, transformation and
preservation. Rooted in Malaysian culinary tradition,
this living process deepens flavour, extends the life of
ingredients and opens the door to endless
