We’re always exploring new ways to make our handmade noodles even more enjoyable.

And one question we keep asking ourselves is — what makes the perfect pairing?

Besides our all-time favourite crispy chicken cutlet, we discovered that oden makes a wonderful companion to our noodles too!

A comforting bowl of warm kombu vegetable broth, filled with freshly prepared ingredients, makes every bite of noodles even more satisfying.

Sometimes, the best combinations are the simplest ones.

A comforting bowl of freshly handmade noodles, paired with our light and naturally sweet kombu vegetable broth oden.

Handmade shrimp pouches, tender daikon radish, freshly fried tempura, and crispy, juicy chicken cutlet.

Nothing too fancy.
Just simple, comforting food, made with care.
