PIZZA OF THE MONTH

*Pizza Pancetta, Funghi e Camembert*
Latteria Sorrentina Fior di Latte, Streaky Pancetta, Camembert Cheese, Mushroom Sauce

If we took everything we love and laid it onto a single pie: this would be it.

Silky fior di latte, savoury pancetta, earthy mushrooms, and rich, melting Camembert - each ingredient chosen for its provenance, each doing its part. Finished in our 100% wood-fired oven, where flame and dough come together... but this time, the ingredients take centre stage!
