休息，是為了走更長遠的路 。

時光荏苒，歲月悠然，轉瞬間已邁入下半年了。

本店自今年初開業至今，已年過半載，雖未曾哪吒風雲，卻有賴各位街坊朋友捧場惠顧，從而屹立至今。

短短半年間，原料成本漲幅已然30%-80%，且根據國際經濟局勢，遠未見頂。

半年時間說長不長，說短不短，一次次的嘗試與改良，從批評與建議，到認同與肯定，都是成長的過程。

為了提供更優良的砂拉越道地美食，我們決定暫時休業，並趁著這個時間，消化與沉澱這段期間內所學到的一切。

因此我們將於 30 . 06 . 2022 後暫停營業，希望不遠的將來，再次與大家見面。任何消息都將在Facebook / Instagram 通知。謝謝大家一路以來的支持。

Hi hi, please be informed that the whole Restoran Kuchai Lama will be closed for next 4 Days 27th - 30th May, as the owner will be away for their trip😆😆, so we will be taking this chance to "snake" as well 🤣🤣. Hi Hi, 大家好， 不知不覺 ，這已經是我們營業的第三個月了。由於首次嘗試實體檔口，對於整個過程，食品保存，調味等等，都嚴重的經驗不足。慶幸的是，經過大家的真誠的反饋及意見，第二個星期開始，總算調整回預期的水準。如果期間不符合您的期望值從而影響您的用餐體驗，我們真心感到抱歉，當然也十分感謝您的支持與反饋，給予我們持續改善與進步的空間。

現在我們也陸陸續續地更新我們的菜單，從開始的砂拉越叻沙，到現在已經有福州紅酒雞湯面，還有砂拉越哥羅面等。當然新的菜單也會陸續推出，以提供大家更多不一樣的選擇與體驗。

接下來，我們也會致力于提供最完善的用餐體驗，以回報大家的支持！！謝謝！！

Hi Hi, it has been 3rd month since our stall open. We had been trial and error since then, due to inexperience, the taste of Sarawak Laksa only stabilized by second week, which we truly sorry if we disappointed you. We really appreciate of all the feedbacks given, which keep us improving.

Since then our menu has been increasing, no longer only Sarawak Laksa, but Foo Chow Red Wine Noodle & Kolok Mee with braised pork too. Of course, more and more new menu is on the way. We will always try to increase the varieties and choices for our customer.

Once again, We really appreciate for your support, and we will try our best to serve you better !! Thank you !!

好久沒更新了，感謝大家一直以來的支持。這幾個月呢，我們一直都在探索明確的方向。從我們之前的菜單，多多少少也可以看出我們一直在嘗試不同文化特色的美食。

兜兜轉轉後，我們發現周圍朋友對於砂拉越美食的接受度還蠻高的，更不用說砂拉越的朋友們了。因此呢，我們決定專注於砂拉越美食了。

隨著疫情的改善，以及實體飲食業的復甦。我們也開始籌備著實體店面，並於今天 9 Jan 2022 正式開始我們第一個實體店面。

說到Sarawak，怎麼可以不提Sarawak Laksa 呢，香濃的湯汁由10多種香料混合高湯熬煮而成，食用時搭配適量的酸柑和Belacan，濃滑而不膩的口感絕對滿足你的胃蕾。

Sarawak Laksa 的味道有別與 Assam Laksa，Curry Laksa，沒試過的朋友絕對要試一試。

Thank you for the support, it has been quite some time since our last update. During the past few months, we had been exploring and testing different types of food.

Then we found that friends around us are quite receptive to Sarawak Cuisine.

With the improvements of Covid-19 Pandemic, we had been preparing for the physical stall, and officially started by today 9 Jan 2022.

Speaking of Sarawak, how can we not mention Sarawak Laksa, the fragrant broth is mixed with more than 10 kinds of spices. When eating, it is served with lime and Belacan. The thick, smooth but not greasy taste will definitely satisfy your tastebuds.

The taste of Sarawak Laksa is different from Assam Laksa and Curry Laksa. Those who haven't tried yet should definitely try it.
