Didn't post during the long weekend because someone was busy eating her way through Taipei. ✈️🍮 The shop stayed open thanks to my partner (hero behaviour, honestly). Found a pudding so good it's got me thinking… should we add it to our menu? Back to R&D I go. 🤷‍♀️🧪✨

Behind the scenes: lunch hour madness. ☕️💨

We almost had a second outlet. Expansion was this close. Then tenancy stuff fell through. It stung. But we're not giving up. The right spot is out there, we just haven't found it yet.

Trying new bean profiles, finding inspiration, restocking ingredients, then heading straight back to baking for Monday ✨

Confession: I had zero baking skills before this. Like, zero. But I really wanted you to have affordable, delicious desserts, so I R&D'd non-stop. In the beginning? Lots of wastage. Things weren't selling. But we persevered anyway. 💪🔥

Slowly, people started buying—ordering batches for office celebrations, treating themselves on weekends. I know I'm repetitive with my thank yous, but I can't help it. You're the reason I keep going. 🥹💕
