Monday blue? Never ending MCO...?

Let's us give you an idea for a quick and simple healthy meal 💡💡. All you need to do is:

Step 1: order our salmon steak or salmon fillet 🐟 from https://sayabeli.orderla.my/hook-cook-fishery

Step 2: generously salt and pepper your salmon

Step 3: heat the oil/ butter and add the salmon skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes, until mostly golden brown and crispy

Step 4: carefully flip the fillet and cook the flesh side down for another 4-6 minutes until it's nice and crispy!

Step 5: Voila! serve immediately and enjoy 😋🥂

Don't fear frozen fish. Fish are usually chilled and subsequently sent for blast-freezing after being caught. This means that frozen fish is very often equivalent or fresher than what you find at the seafood counter (and it’s less expensive too) 🤩😎
