In this patisserie, we wanted to meet them again, differently.
Bright kumquat and sour plum jelly come together with original cheese mousse and sour plum yogurt cheese mousse, where acidity and creaminess soften into something gentle, with a quiet surprise. ๐ง๐โ๐ฉ๐ง
