Our water kefir is made in small quantity to ensure good quality control using organic cane sugar and flavoured with fresh fruits. The sugar is the food for the grains as ferments and digest the sugar. The final drink would have minimal sugar left that it is even suitable for the consumption of diabetics. Frequent consumption of water kefir is beneficial for a healthy gut and boost immunity system.
