事实上，每个国家的料理都有自己的魅力： 日本料理讲究食材本味， 韩国料理重视发酵与层次， 印度料理擅长香料运用， 西式料理则着重食材品质与烹饪技巧。

有人喜欢讲究刀工与火候， 有人追求食材最原始的鲜味， 有人无辣不欢， 也有人钟情于奶油与牛排的香气。
