Hi! My organic chicken farm supplies specially bred organic village chicken- choy yin kai to top hotels and premium restaurants.

With d lockdown.. I have many friends and family who request for my organic chicken. Due to overwhelming response, we decided to post all info here.

My village organic chicken are
1. 120 days free range
2. NO antibiotics & growth hormones
3. Less FAT
4. Fed with corn, grass, fruits, herbs
5. Taste is sweet, juicy sweet meat.
6. Texture is tender with a firm bite.
6. Melt in d mouth, Crispy yellow skin. ( Which is the ultimate litmus test for quality choy yin kai)

With d ongoing pandemic, boosting our families' immune system is very important.

Since no antibiotics are used, Our chicks are fed herbs to boost their immune system.

Serving our healthy organic chicken is not only a gastronomic delight but a definite healthy choice for our family.

Our village chicken are sold frozen.

Why frozen?
1. Immediately after slaughtering - chicken are blast frozen to retain freshness & juiciness.
2. To avoid any contamination or bacteria growth during transportation journey.
