Matcha can be produced outside of Japan, however gyokuro is a pride of Japanese green tea. It can only be farmed in Japan.

It is delicious, sweet in umami after taste, similar nutrient contents and right now only available in Malaysia. Farmed in the famous Kyotanabe city, a well known city for producing some of the best gyokuro in the world and from the legendary farm of Yamash*ta Toshikazu.

Gyokuro ^ ^ One of the most delicious Japanese Green Tea that can only be produced in Japan. Compared all other green tea, Gyokuro have stronger taste and sweeter umami after taste. Of course to produce Gyokuro needed more hard work.
