4 years into my brownie venture, I think it’s pretty much time (ok long overdue) for all of you to know the person behind it all. :)
I’m Tasha, a full time Communications Specialist who’s been in the PR industry for a decade. So how did baking come about? During Covid, I thought let’s do something adventurous and bold, let’s make some side hustle money and decided baking brownies would be it. With a lot of encouragement, even more R&D-ing and a tremendous amount of persistence, this little passion project which started in 2021 amidst my demanding day job has became a small yet determined business!
By nature, I need constant motivation to do things hence naturally, I did not give That Brownie Babe the amount of love, time and attention it needs in order to make it BIG! It’s a struggle but I’m going try because at the end of it all, having such happy customers who truly indulge in my brownies, makes it all worthwhile! ❤️
And when you know you’re good at something and there’s a chance to make something out of it, why waste that talent. After all, you never know where something can take you!
Several bazaars, several event orders and two big wedding door gift orders, some delectable big winner flavours like our Sea Salt Indulgence, Blonde Chic, Pistachio Kunafa Brownies, I’d say that’s a feat of its own! None of it possible without my strong support system!
To everyone who has supported me throughout the years, thank you so much and I’m very honoured and humbled to have contributed happy calories to your diet haha! 😉 When you’re happy, calories don’t count, or at least, that’s what we tell ourselves!
Years later, my commitment and dedication to quality ingredients, perfection and unique flavor combinations remains and I hope to bring more amazing flavours to all of you, in hopes of baking the world a ‘batter’ place one brownie at a time!
