Always a pleasure for the Chateau Dionne team to be part of another special evening with Mercedes-Benz , celebrating the brand, the people, and everything that makes the three-pointed star iconic.

And while tonight wasn’t an F1 event, we’ll still be cheering from the sidelines this season. 🏎️🏆 Wishing the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team all the best . Hopefully we get to see that championship trophy back in your hands this year!

A heartfelt thank you to Chef Moses from Ivori and Chef Maxc from Château Dionne for delivering an absolutely extraordinary four-hands dining experience. The seamless marriage of refined French techniques and the bold, soulful flavours of Malacca created a menu that was nothing short of spectacular. Every course was a masterpiece—thoughtful, creative, and bursting with character.

And of course, this would never have been possible without the incredible team behind the scenes at Château Dionne. To every member who poured your heart, sweat, and blood into bringing this evening to life—thank you.
