Today we catered a lunch order of 40 pax from AquariaKLCC.
They are having plain white rice, chicken paprik, shrimp masak lemak cili padi with sambal belacan and watermelon.

Life has been busy with our daily catering orders. Alhamdulillah.

We bring you some sneak peek of our behind the scene of prep process.

Here we are dicing our potatoes with the our in house dicer, Abang Jabir 🤪.
Luckily we have him, dicing potatoes takes under 5 minutes, phew!

The size is rather small because this order is for the kiddos. Easier for them to chew.

Salam Maulidur Rasul.

Mari kita perbanyakkan selawat kepada Rasul junjungan kita, Muhammad Rasul Allah dan berdoa kita dipertemu dengan baginda di Syurga Firdaus suatu hari nanti 🥹.

Alhamdulillah, kami menerima tempahan katering daripada TV Al Hijrah untuk program Assalamualaikum. Berkat rahmat Allah, kami berjaya sampai on time selepas subuh di Studio 1 untuk menyiapkan VIP setting untuk para panel.

Mereka menikmati Nasi Lemak Pandan bersama ayam goreng dan kuih muih.

Alhamdulillah untuk feedback yang bagus daripada TV Alhijrah.
