HAGI’s signature dishes are prepared using the finest ingredient delivered directly from the renowned Toyosu Fish Market in Tokyo.
‘Unagi Hitsumabushi’ - A spin-off from the traditional grilled eel rice bowl, this classic specialty dish from Nagoya has a distinct 3-way eating procedure.
‘Hagi Hiyashi Somen’ - Hagi’s signature somen noodles is a must-try Japanese summer dish. Topped with sea urchin & salmon roe, the refreshing dish served in a chilled bowl is the go-to to beat the heat on a sunny day.
‘Akazu’ - To round off a wholesome Edo style dining experience, all premium grade short grain rice used in HAGI are seasoned with red vinegar to bring out the full taste, colour and character.
