Our new Prawn Confit hits different. Sabah prawns slow-cooked in olive oil, garlic and Indian chillies… Pure clean flavours that just make you stop for a second. The sweetness of the prawn with soft warm garlic and the gentle heat from the chillies. Simple and melodious. Even better when you soak the bread in the oil. 🫠
