DARK CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

After a little trial run last week and hearing the feedback, we've decided to add our homemade traditional dark chocolate truffles to the menu!

It's RM50 per box of 20 pieces (about 300-350grams) of pure creamy chocolatey pleasure 🥰

We have not listed it on the site yet, but you may DM to order. Will be available starting this weekend ✨

Adapted from Dorie Greenspan's recipe on The NYTimes, this rich tapi macam light gila cake has 3 layers. The base is a flourless, fudgy, very chocolatey cake followed by a mousse-like chocolate ganache that has really light texture and makes me feel like eating ice cream then topped with cocoa powder that adds a hint of chocolate bitterness to it.

It's not too sweet, each cup only has about 1 tablespoon of sugar (12.5gm) and if you're concerned about calories it's 585 calories per cup. Since 1 cup is good for 2 sharing your calories and sugar intake is only half of that!

I love having it sejuk sejuk on a hot day, but you can also leave it for a few mins after taking it out of the fridge to let the cake and ganache soften a bit :)

Hi all, due to problems getting the packaging during the lockdown the Kek Gula Hangus will now only be available in a new half size for RM25.

Hai semua, memandangkan kami mengalami masalah packaging ketika lockdown Kek Gula Hangus sekarang hanya boleh didapati dalam saiz baru (separuh) pada harga RM25.

Other cakes are not available until further notice.
