TSUKEMEN RICH and TSUKEMEN LIGHT.
Extra-thick noodles with custom-made wholemeal flour.
These noodles are only available in Malaysia at our restaurant!!
Enjoy the sticky texture.

How to eat
① Try the noodles alone with a dash of salt.
② Dip the noodles in the soup and enjoy.
③ Serve with red onions and spinach if you like.

*Basically, you can eat it any way you like!!
but it is not recommended to pour the soup over the noodles😅

LIGHT SYOUYU WITH AJITAMA EGG

This light Syouyu ramen is recommended for customers who like it light.
The broth is made by slowly simmering only chicken at low temperatures for a long time, blended with 4 Malaysian Halal-certified soy sauces, and a special Kaeshi made by adding dry ingredients.

In addition, Japanese MIZUNA.
Spinach and slightly spicy purple onions are added to go with FORM RICH SOUP.

The AJITAMA EGG is not too semi-cooked and has been redeveloped so that even Malaysians can enjoy it.
