Some places are more than just beautiful. They carry the story of who we are. 🇲🇾

Bangunan Sultan Abdul Samad has stood proudly in the heart of Kuala Lumpur since 1897, watching over generations, celebrations and the moments that shaped our country.

Right across from Dataran Merdeka, this was where the Union Jack was lowered and our flag was raised for the very first time on the night of 31 August 1957.

Today, we pass by, take photos and admire its clock tower and copper domes. But maybe one day, we will come back not just for the picture, but to remember the history, pride and hope that live here.

Some places are always worth revisiting — especially when they remind us how far Malaysia has come. ❤️
