It’s not so often that I share the Beaming patty making process because it’s difficult to manage a camera while handling raw meat!
I would break it into 3 steps
• cutting/weighing/ freezing the raw chicken.
• mincing and mixing with the marinade I make (I have a separate bowl and padel for raw meat dw).
• weighing and shaping each patty.
Currently I do this about twice a week yielding around 720 Beaming sausage patties. It’s a lengthy, time consuming and tiring process. But I’m proud to do this because you all seem to like it 🥰 Thank you for allowing me to learn so much running this business and serving you all. See you tomorrow! ❤️❤️❤️
