Today we’re diving into a bottle that brings volcanic soil, sea breeze, and history straight to your glass: 𝐒𝐮𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐪𝐮é𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐳𝐚𝐝𝐨 🥂
What’s so special about this w**e? The vines use a traditional Tenerife system called cordón trenzado, where the old vine canes are literally braided together and can stretch several meters across the ground (the picture shows on label). These are often extremely old vines.
We asked Celine to describe it in one sentence: “Imagine a sea breeze, volcanic rocks, and a squeeze of lemon. It’s fresh, salty, smoky, and seriously addictive.” 😉
✨ 𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚’𝙨 𝙋𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙞𝙘𝙠:
Pair it with our Daily Wild Caught. The w**e’s bright salinity cuts through the velvety citrus beurre blanc, while its subtle smokiness echoes the charred notes from our binchotan grill.
Feeling thirsty? Ask Celine for recommendations on your next visit. Booking link on our bio.
