The topping used on our vanilla panna cotta. The strawberries are macerated, then roasted with some balsamic vinegar for maximum flavor.

This compote can be used for almost any dessert/dish of your preference. Yoghurt bowls, waffles, ice cream, pancakes, bread, bagels, you name it!You can even add it to your drinks, shakes or smoothies. Have it your way, your creativity 🍓
