Had a strong craving over cucur udang 🥺🤤 so I decided to use these fresh 🦐 white shrimps 🍤 from our store to make a healthy version of Cucur Udang!
Let me share this quick & easy recipe that takes just 20 minutes 🤩
1. First of all, let us introduce the main ingredient ✨TMS Fresh Food white shrimps ✨ you just need to wash, and the shell shall be remained, cause the shell of fresh white shrimps are delicious and have a special fragrance after deep-fried 😳
2. 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁: half an onion diced into small pieces, spring onion cut into slices, half a carrot cut into small cubes, and right amount of minced cili or cili padi;
3. 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Mix all ingredients with salt and pepper to add flavour;
4. 𝗠𝗶𝘅𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: add half a bowl of flour, water and 1-2 teaspoon oil, the ideal misture should be in liquid state and does not stick to the side of the bowl;
5. 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽-𝗙𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴: use a ladle to shape the mixture, deep fried until golden brown colour;
6. Drained off the excess oil, and Ta-dah! Serve it while crispy 😋
