堅持了三年，從第一年的虧損，第二年的盈虧平衡，第三年的終於慢慢被更多人看見

這三年，我們學會了什麼該省，唯一沒有省過的就是吃進顧客肚子裡的每一口。

油與調味，我們只用好的
雞肉，一定是新鮮的
蔬菜，不隔夜
醬料，100%純手工製作

每一碗看似平凡的餐，
背後是我們對「良心」的執著。
因為在這一行，
良心，才是最貴、也最難堅持的原料。

我們不是出餐最快的健康餐，也不是100分的健康餐
但是憑著只想要分享“健康”給大家的信念，我們盡可能做出對我們來說“最好吃”也“最健康的”健康餐給信任我們的客人

Comfort in a bowl , but we make it real nourishment.

Our “Ocha”zuke is brewed with Premium Taiwan Oolong tea and japanese Dashi made with 8 handpicked ingredients - Bonito, Soda Bonito, Mackerel, Anchovy, Tuna, Kelp, Flying Fish and Shiitake mushroom, nothing artificial.

With Salmon or Beef, bonito flakes, seaweed, sesame and rice and oolong tea that brings it all together , crafted for those who appreciate warmth and wellness in every bite.
