Lately we’ve been receiving this question. Lets get to know about Misscreativ today.

Misscreativ is owned by a husband & wife that started baking at home. Muhammad Syafiq & Adreena Sofia. That’s me! When everyone start to bake everything that can earn them money, we start to focus and study on brownies! We moved from at home to renting a small production studio.

Back to the question. Are our products halal?

All our ingredients are Halal certified. Though we’re not certified Halal by Jakim, we’re definitely aiming for it. We know having a Halal cert will definitely let us scale more easily.

MUST HAVE KEDUT?

Lets talk about the ultimate “perfection” for a brownie in people’s eyes. First of all, no kedut doesnt mean it’s not good. Never judge a book by it’s cover.

So kedut not important?
Yes & No.

No,
because at the end of the day, as long as your choc ratio is higher than flour, it’ll be a brownie.

Yes,
Because it determine whether the brownies is fudgy or cakey. Remember! Choc also have sugar content. Technique also make a difference.
