• Greet customers with a big smile while attending to their request
• Make sure day-to-day operation are carried out smoothly.
• Ensure products served to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards.
• Able to explain Yakimo's products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell at all times.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness.
• Open and close outlet (depending on shift)

Requirements

• Punctuality.
• Honest and responsible in every job position you were assigned to.
• Comply to food grade and food safety standards.
• Flexibility to work in back and front of house.
• Participate in staff meetings or training where applicable.
• Always maintain a positive mindset and teamwork spirit.
• Follow SOPs, instruction from superior, and rules and regulations set by the company.
• Language Required: English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Working Schedule: 6 days/week (Shift)
• Benefits: EPF & SOCSO, Annual Leave, OT allowance, Training provided
