Today’s Nyonya kuih orders for Pai Thi Kong (The Jade Emperor’s Birthday) go beyond mere transactions…each one carries a quiet intention.

Some are from new customers who found their way to us for the very first time this year. Others are from familiar names...those who return without fail, year after year, making Sweet and Sedap part of their Pai Thi Kong offering, as though it has become a tradition in itself.

Several of today’s sets are not even meant for the homes that ordered them but are prepared as offerings to temples while others have been arranged for charitable distribution…to be shared with those who may otherwise go without during this sacred time.

In every order packed lies more than just angku kuih or assorted Nyonya delicacies...there is gratitude, remembrance, fulfilment of vows, and in some cases, quiet acts of giving done without fanfare.
