Kasih Sayang Health Resort, Malaysia’s very own health center, where one can have a revitalizing time rejuvenating the body, mind and soul. Upon arriving at Kasih Sayang Health Resort, you would be greeted by fresh, cool breeze and lush greenery as well as the scents and sounds of the tropical rainforest. Standing at 2400 feet above sea level, it has a stunning 360° view of the surroundings. One could easily gaze upon the timeless beauty of the majestic Mount Kinabalu, the vast, rich rainforest of the Crocker Range, or look over the city of Kota Kinabalu (KK) and over towards the 5 Islands of Tunku Abdul Rahman Parks and the horizon beyond it. The 5 Islands are namely; Pulau Gaya, Pulau Manukan, Pulau Mamutik, Pulau Sapi and Pulau Sulug. At dawn, the resort is enveloped by a mystical mist, and at dusk, it is lit by spectacular sunsets. When the night draws in, the sky above the resort is splattered with countless twinkling stars and an amazing view of the city's night lights. Kasih Sayang Health Resort truly offers a great getaway for city dwellers to immerse themselves in and be awed by God’s wonderful creation at its best. It takes only a 45-minutes drive from Kota Kinabalu International Airport to reach Kasih Sayang Health Resort (depending on traffic). The resort consists of 23 rooms, with the capacity to accommodate 60 or more people - depend on different packages offered. A spacious restaurant, with a huge deck overlooking KK city, that can easily serve 80 guests in one seating. Three function rooms for meetings equipped with PA system. Love is the core foundation on which Kasih Sayang Health Resort is built. KUNDASANG is too FAR!!! 😇

There's actually a nice place much Nearer! 🌿✨

Sometimes, all we really need is one quiet night away from the noise — fresh air, a beautiful sunset, good food, and time with the people we love.

At Kasih Sayang Resort, our little weekday getaway started with sunset dinner and the kids enjoying the swings, followed by a peaceful glass of wine overlooking the lights of KK. 🍷🌆

The next morning was even better — waking up to Mount Kinabalu, a light workout, family playtime, sauna, breakfast, and even making our own roti canai together. ❤️

It wasn’t a big holiday, but somehow it felt like exactly what we needed.

If life has been feeling a little too busy lately, maybe a simple night away with your family is enough to help everyone slow down and reconnect. 🌄
