We are looking for a skilled Cook to prepare meals according to menu.

Applicant must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. Applicant must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important.

Responsibilities
1. Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.

2. Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)

3. Cook food in various utensils or grillers.

4. Check food while cooking to stir or turn

5. Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served

6. Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen

7. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly

8. Check quality of ingredients

9. Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages

Knowledge of safety procedures, including safe temperatures at which ingredients must be kept and to which food must be prepared to avoid foodborne illness.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as cook.
2. Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware
3. Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
4. Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
5. Ability to work in a team
6. Very good communication skills
7. Excellent physical condition and stamina
8. Can be communicate with English.

Salary : Salary + Performance Bonus

Applicant must be able to follow instructions in preparing and delivering well-prepared meals. Applicant must be deft in moving around the bar and apt in multi-tasking.

Applicant will also be responsible for operating the cashier for basic financial functions. No experience require as training will be provided

Responsibilities

3. Prepare both hot and cold beverage.

4. Operate coffee machine

5. Ensure great presentation by setting beverages before they are served

6. Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen

5. Decorate baked products using glaze, icing and other toppings to achieve a finished appearance.

6. Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen

7. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly

8. Assess the quality of raw materials before baking.

9. Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages

Knowledge of safety procedures, including safe temperatures at which ingredients must be kept and to which food must be prepared to avoid foodborne illness.
