Le Basilic is our exploration of basil beyond the savoury.

Paired with the brightness of lime and lemon, basil takes on a softer, more delicate expression. A vibrant citrus crémeux, light basil mousse, basil gel, lime joconde and crisp almond sablé come together in a dessert that is fresh, balanced and quietly unexpected.
