🚨 SCAM ALERT: Important Notice for Our Guests 🚨
We have received reports of scammers contacting guests and threatening to cancel their reservations unless they click a link and provide credit card details to "verify" their booking.
Please be aware: If you have already paid for your room through our official website, your booking is 100% CONFIRMED and SECURE.
To protect yourself, please remember our strict hotel policies:
❌ We will NEVER send you third-party links asking for your credit card or bank details.
❌ We will NEVER threaten to cancel a fully paid booking via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
❌ We do not use outside links for payment "verification."
If you receive a message asking for your payment details or threatening cancellation, it is a scam. DO NOT click any links or enter your information.
When in doubt, don't risk it. Call our front desk directly at 088-703223 to verify your booking status.
