Dear Beloved Community,
It is with a heart heavy with both gratitude and nostalgia that we bid you farewell. After an incredible five years of serving you, Kitaro Japanese Ramen will be closing its doors.
As we reflect on this journey, we find ourselves overwhelmed with appreciation for the love and support you have showered upon us. From the first bowl of ramen served to the countless smiles shared over meals, each moment has been a cherished chapter in our story.
When we embarked on this adventure half a decade ago, our dream was to create more than just a place to eat – we aspired to build a haven, a space where friends and families could gather, where the aroma of our ramen would evoke not just the taste of Japan, but the warmth of community.
And oh, what a journey it has been! We have laughed with you during celebrations, comforted you during trying times, and watched friendships blossom over steaming bowls of noodles. Your stories have become intertwined with ours, creating a tapestry of shared experiences that we will carry with us long after the last bowl of ramen is served.
But as the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. The decision to close our doors was not made lightly, but we believe it is the right time for us to take a bow and express our deepest gratitude. The memories we have made together will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and we hope they will in yours as well.
To our dedicated staff, past and present, thank you for pouring your passion into every dish and creating an atmosphere that felt like home. To our loyal patrons, thank you for becoming a part of the Kitaro family. Your support has been our driving force, and we are humbled to have been a part of your lives.
While this may be goodbye for now, we carry the hope that our paths will cross again. Until then, let the flavors of Kitaro linger in your memories, and may the bonds formed within these walls endure.

怀着一颗感恩的心，我们在此向大家說一聲各自珍重 再見。在為大家服务了五年之后，喜多郎日式拉面正式向大家告別。
回顾過往，我们深感大家的關愛、信任與支持。从第一碗拉面开始，到数不尽的笑容在餐桌上分享，每一刻都是我们故事中珍贵的一页。
当五年前為了實現夢想 我們毅然決然地踏上这个冒险旅程时，我们的初發心不仅仅是為大家创造一个用餐之地，更是努力地為熱愛美食的大家建立一个避风港，一个朋友和家人聚集的地方，那里的拉面香气不仅唤起对日本味道的记忆，还充满了彼此給予的關愛與温暖。
確實，在这段奇妙的旅程中，我们与大家一起庆祝，和大家共度艰难时光，看着友谊在一碗碗热腾腾的面条中绽放。您的故事与我们的故事交织在一起，创造了一个共同经历的画卷，即使在最后一碗拉面被端上桌时，我们也将携之以恒。
然而，俗话说得好，所有美好的事物终将结束。关闭我们的聚集地并非一時衝動的決定，而是在深思熟慮以後 相信现在是最正確的时候向熱愛我們和支持我們的大家 深深鞠躬并表达最诚挚卻又無法言喻的心情來表達我們對大家最深最真誠的感激之意。我们堅信，在我們一起创造的回忆中将永远迴響在我们的心中。
至於我們辛勤工作的每一位员工，无论是现在还是过去，感谢您們把激情注入每一道菜品，创造了一個溫馨如家的氛围。对于我们忠诚的顾客，感谢大家成为喜多郎大家庭的一部分，給予我們百分百的信任與支持。您的不離不棄，始終相信與支持，一直都是我们前进的动力，我们为能成为大家生活的一部分而感到萬分骄傲。
虽然这可能是暂时的告别，但我们怀着希望，相信在某一天，我们的道路依然會再次交汇。在那之前，让喜多郎的味道在您的记忆中久久萦绕，愿在这些墙内形成的纽带永存。
