Resepi Daging Masak Hitam

1kg daging lembu
Kicap cap unta / kicap tongnam
2 sudu gula atau gula apong
Setengah sudu serbuk jintan putih
Setengah sudu serbuk jintan manis
1 cawan kismis
Minyak utk menumis
Serbuk secukup rasa
Rempah tumis 4 sekawan

Bahan blend
20 tangkai cili kering
Bawang putih blend 1 sudu
Bawang merah blend 2 sudu
1 batang serai
Lengkuas 2 inci
Halia 1 inci

1. Perap daging yg telah dipotong dgn 2 sudu gulapong dan kicap selama 3 atau 4jam.
2. Blend bawang putih, bawang merah, halia, lengkuas, serai dan cilii kering.
3. Tumis rempah 4 sekawan. Bila dah terbit bau, masuk kan bahan2 blend dan tumis hingga kekuningan.
4. Masukkan daging yg telah diperap dan gaul rata dengan tumisan yg telah kekuningan.
5. Tambah setengah sudu serbuk jintan putih, setengah sudu serbuk jintan manis. Tambahkan secukup rasa dan gaul rata.
6. Tambah kismis 1 cawan dan air 1 cawan. Masak hingga air tumisan kering. (Anak request kismis jgn di blend. S**a makan kismis begala)
7. Bila kuah dah agak kering, tambahkan kicap dan perasa ikut rasa masing2. My kids doesn't really like sweet so I don't add sugar anymore.
8. Siap utk dihidang.
