雖然不是專業廚師出生，但我們非常及喜歡食物

這次，我們又再打破所有義大利麵的條框 回頭向傳統致敬
斷斷續續研究了應該快兩年

把義式經典鼠尾草，直接丟進由當歸、枸杞、紅棗和蟲草花熬煮的藥膳裡，再壓上一塊金黃酥脆的雞扒

這不是一盤規規矩矩的 Pasta
而是一碗專屬成熟大人
能深深療癒疲憊靈魂的食物
顧及Muslim-Friendly 沒法使用到酒類
但純粹靠藥材與香草
也撞擊出了溫和而深邃的層次
希望一口就能療癒你疲憊的 Soul
及能夠吃出用心及Real Food 🔴✨🤤🫶🏻

This time ,we decided to completely disrespect the laws of pasta-making to create this unapologetic fusion.
We took the ultimate Chinese wellness package—🔴angelica root, goji berries, red dates, and cordyceps flower—and threw them into a room with Italian sage and a perfectly crispy chicken chop.

Hydrangeas have officially stolen my heart this season. They are just so incredibly chic and versatile. Mixing their lush, soft textures with the sleek lines of calla lilies has easily become one of my top three favorite color combinations lately. It’s mature, it’s high fashion.✨
