“The first thing I noticed was the aroma a wonderful blend of biryani spices with a light smoky flavor from the bamboo cooking. The rice was perfectly cooked, the chicken was tender and juicy, and and you can tell it absorbed the spices really well. Every bite had a good mix of rice, spices and chicken.

What makes this briyani different is the bamboo cooking method. It gives a light smoky flavor that adds something extra to the taste. It feels more traditional and unique compared to regular briyani.

The portion was satisfying and filling. The spice level was also comfortable — flavorful but not too spicy, so most people can enjoy it.
