Ayam Percik is a traditional East Coast Malaysian grilled chicken, usually coated in a rich, spiced coconut sauce.

You might recognise it from Ramadan bazaars, but it’s definitely not just a Ramadan thing.

We just happened to put ours between two pieces of bread.

Why Citrus Kumo? ☁️☕

We wanted to make our own kind of Mont Blanc.

We kept the idea of that soft, cloud-like topping, but took it somewhere a little different — with bright citrus and a bold coffee base underneath.

The name came from “Kumo”, meaning cloud in Japanese, inspired by the way the cream sits lightly on top.

Soft on top.
Bold underneath.
Bright, citrusy, and definitely not your usual coffee.
