✨ [Small Town Girl's Coffee Diary: Milk or Soy Milk Today?]
✨When ordering your favorite Latte, Mocha, or Cappuccino at our shop, you can now choose to swap the classic milk for soy milk! 🌱
This option actually started with a sweet little story:A vegan customer once asked if we offered plant-based milk, which made us realize we could use soy milk.
To our surprise, after trying it, he said: "It’s surprisingly smooth and delicious!"Thank you again, bro! 🥰
That's why we decided to keep this option on the menu for everyone.
However, some friends have asked: Why does the soy milk version have less foam and not look as nice?
Here is a quick science fact: Soy milk (plant-based milk) has a different protein and fat structure compared to dairy milk.
When mixed with the natural acidity of coffee, the proteins can't hold the air bubbles for long.
That's why the foam fades faster and doesn't look as perfect visually.
Even though the soy milk version might look a bit more modest, the subtle bean aroma blended with the coffee creates a uniquely rich and healthy flavor.
It’s truly a hidden gem! 👍
So, are you team dairy milk, or ready to try the soy milk twist?
Come grab your cup today, we are waiting for you! ❤️
