Buah-buahan adalah manisan semula jadi yang boleh mengurangkan rasa craving atau nafsu makan manisan. Ianya mempunyai gula semulajadi dan kaya dengan vitamin dan nutrien yang baik untuk kita. Jadi makanlah buah!😊

There’s the ingredients for the topping kek batik indulgence ni.

Bahan-bahan untuk Lapisan cream cheese:

250g cream cheese
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
50g gula kastor
120g UHT whipping cream
12g gelatin (serbuk)
50ml air panas (mendidih)

Bahan-bahan untuk Lapisan coklat ganache:

3/4 cawan UHT Whipping cream (dipanaskan)
200g coklat masakan gelap (dark chocolate)
1 sb mentega

Besides the simple and basic kek batik that we all have known, there’s another recipe that is really famous nowadays. It is Kek batik Cadbury !

The ingredients are totally the same. You only need to make topping to put on the top of the cake.

The ingredients for the topping are cooking chocolate, fresh milk, Cadburry.
You need to double boil all of these ingredients and mix them well. After that pour it on the top of your cake.😉😉😉
