美食一直是使家人团聚的好方法，特别是在特别的节日会制作特定的食物。美食也是创造家庭历史和回忆的一种方式，很值得保留。 《食道》就是基于这样的精神创立，为了保留我们家，身为客家人的食谱，传承外祖母传给我妈妈的食谱。在《食道》，我们只想与您分享我们家人最喜欢的食物。而其中之一就是“粽子”或客家话，被称为“裹粽”。这粽子的食谱从我妈妈开始使用也有50余年了。

Good food has always been a good way to bring families together, especially during special occasions, where certain foods are made. Good food is also a way to create family history and memories, which are worth preserving. That’s how 《Shi.Dao》 started to preserve our Hakka family recipes which have been passed down from our grandmother (WaiPo) to my mom. At 《Shi.Dao》, we simply want to share our family’s favorite foods with you. One of them being ‘Rice Dumpling’ or in Hakka, it is called ‘Guo Zhong’, using an over 50-year-old recipe from my mom.
