We are using Sichuan chili flakes for our chili oil which are made by frying the whole chilies in vegetable oil until crisp before grinding into flakes.

It enhances flavor, color, and texture.

How to enjoy it? Add it to eggs, pasta, pizza, seafood, and everything that could use some spice! 🍳🍝🍤🍜🍚

Paper Kitchen home-made Chiu Chow Chilli Oil, can go with any savory food you imagine, from rice to pasta.

Dried Szechuan chilli flakes, fresh chillis, and other fresh ingredients infused in canola oil turn out to be a universal condiment. Side-kick for a noodle or rice dish, fried items, soups, and many more!

We have been serving this chilli oil with almost all of our food, and the response was quite amazing! It's a great condiment to give a spiciness-kick to your dish.
