Introducing something new for this season — 10-year-aged Kumquat Ice by S*k Thong Ba.

Kumquats are meticulously pickled, sun-dried, then sealed in porcelain jars to slowly mature for ten years — a process rooted in an intangible cultural heritage tradition. Far beyond an ordinary preserved Kumquat, our aged preserved kumquat is made with a time-honored traditional craft that made it into a modern dessert we have today ❄️.

When the heat leaves your throat feeling dry, or a rich meal leaves your palate feeling heavy, a bowl of 10-year-aged Kumquat Ice can come refreshing, gently soothing, and perfectly balanced with your palate.

It’s available tomorrow 21st September onwards 🧡 Can’t wait for you to try it out and let us know if you love it 😉🫶
