Dear friends. I am a bit sad to inform you that MikeyzGrill will stop doing siuyuk and smoked ribs. The reason is because I have decided to join an Australian tech company full time.

I am very grateful for your generous support overs the past 2 years. At least now I can claim to have experience in the food business. 😁

Have you ordered our wood fire smoked pork ribs recently? You should. The seasoning is changed to suite Malaysian tastes, and the meat is just easy off the bones. The price of pork (especially pork belly, and prime pork ribs) has gone up more than 20% in the last few months. So it is with great reluctance that we have to revise our prices to match the price of pork. Rumour among the pork butcher's community is that the price will continue to rise until the end of the year, where peak prices are expected to hit RM50 per kg for pork belly, and prime pork ribs.

Good for sharing a rack of ribs. Add side order of potato salad (200g) and coleslaw (150ml) for a complete nutritious meal.
The sticky pork ribs are slow cooked in Malaysian Bakau wood fire until the meat is soft, tender and easy off the bone.
A quarter rack is 4 ribs. Minimum order is 4 quarter racks.

Siu yuk tips: Use fresh pork belly, chilled, never frozen. Salt the meat generously, then chill dry for the next 24 to 48 hours. Use only premium grade spices to season the meat, before roasting it in 2 heat level stages, to produce soft succulent siu yuk with it's signature crispy crunchy skin.
